Ihre kompletten Versandkosten werden ihnen im Laufe des Bestellvorgangs, also noch vor Bestätigung ihrer Bestellung, auf Grundlage ihres Warenkorbes, berechnet und angezeigt. Sollten ihnen die Versandkosten zu hoch erscheinen, setzen sie sich bitte mit uns in Verbindung, danach werden wir mit ihnen gemeinsam prüfen, ob es eine günstigere Alternative gibt.

Wir verschicken alle Pakete mit DHL. Alle Magazineinzelbestellungen werden mit der Deutschen Post versandt.

Standardversandkosten:

  • alle Ausgaben des LOW Magazins gibt es in unserem Shop für Besteller aus Deutschland versandkostenfrei
  • Poster werden als Paket verschickt, jeweils 5 Poster in einem versicherten Paket, dabei fallen Versandkosten in Höhe von 6,90 €

  • Poster werden als Paket verschickt, jeweils 5 Poster in einem versicherten Paket, dabei fallen Versandkosten in Höhe von 6,90 € + Verpackungskosten von 1,50€ an.

Der Umtausch/Rücksendung bei Bestellungen außerhalb von Deutschland erfolgt auf Kosten des Bestellers. Der neue Versand eines umgetauschten Artikels wird ebenfalls vom Käufer getragen. Bankgebühren für die Erstattung einer Zahlung außerhalb Deutschland fallen zu Lasten des Bestellers. Durch die Bestätigung der Agb während des Bestellvorgangs erklärt sich der Besteller mit der Umtausch/Rücksendungs Bedingung (ausserhalb Deutschlands) einverstanden.
